Tower Grove Apartments - A3

The apartments are modern, sleek, spacious, and very cozy. I Love living here! it's hard to believe that a grad student like me is living in such a nice community with an extremely friendly staff. It's honestly the full package.

I greatly enjoy being so close to the park and being close to the CWE, but not int the middle of all the noise.

I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes, and AVFP has been my favorite one. The office staff and maintenance staff are better than any others I have had and the apartment units are great.

Clean, peaceful, friendly- compared to my last place of residency the people are nice and someone is always available.

Awesome complex! Property manager is amazing, always looking out for the residents and going the extra mile. Plus, anytime something needs attended to (light bulb needs replaced) they are always right on it. I have lived here over a year now and have zero complaints.

I loved living at Aventura! I was there for three years, my apartment was beautiful, the grounds/pool were always very well kept, I really appreciate how friendly the office managers/staff are, and it was very fun to watch the new things added to the complex each year (like visits from food trucks, resident appreciation events, pet-of-the month, etc). I cannot recommend this place highly enough! (Especially if you need to be close to Barnes Jewish, it is ideal!)
