Awesome complex! Property manager is amazing, always looking out for the residents and going the extra mile. Plus, anytime something needs attended to (light bulb needs replaced) they are always right on it. I have lived here over a year now and have zero complaints.

I loved living at Aventura! I was there for three years, my apartment was beautiful, the grounds/pool were always very well kept, I really appreciate how friendly the office managers/staff are, and it was very fun to watch the new things added to the complex each year (like visits from food trucks, resident appreciation events, pet-of-the month, etc). I cannot recommend this place highly enough! (Especially if you need to be close to Barnes Jewish, it is ideal!)
